Refund & Return Policy

At Thread Canon, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Size & Fit

Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. Since each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or modifications can only be accommodated if production has not yet started.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
