Order Processing

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Once your order has been printed and quality checked, it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been produced.

United States

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

• Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier issues.

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Thread Canon is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
